I was born in Charleston, West Virginia and moved to Raleigh with my family in 1990, when I was three years old. My mom spent many years as the owner of a court reporting firm, so needless to say I had a lot of exposure to the law, and specifically the civil litigation universe, from before I could walk. Growing up I was always enthralled with the law, and the possibility of becoming an attorney was in the back of my mind from as far back as I can remember.

After earning my bachelor's degree at Appalachian State University, I worked for my mom's court reporting business for about a year and a half before finally deciding to go to law school. I ended up at Campbell Law School right here in downtown Raleigh, graduating with my Juris Doctor in May of 2014. Since graduating and receiving my license to practice, I've been privileged to work at some stellar firms with some of the finest attorneys I've ever known. I've seen a lot of different types of cases come across my desk, but my passion has always been for civil litigation, especially on behalf of plaintiffs.

Living in Raleigh for as long as I have, I've seen the city undergo some pretty drastic changes. There's far more traffic and far fewer dairy farms around than there were in the early nineties, and the city looks very different from the way it did back then. Some things never change, though; people still get hurt, people still fall victim to wrongdoing, and people still need someone to stand up for them. Nicole's been on the Omer Law Firm team since November of 2019, when she came aboard as a staff paralegal. Born in Howell, New Jersey, Nicole moved to North Carolina in 2008 and, like so many others, is proud to call the Old North State home. ​With a background in psychology, business, and entrepreneurship, in addition to previous experience in the legal industry, Nicole has a passion for helping those in need.
